How To Take Care of Hair in Winters Naturally ?

As it is recommended that you should wash your hair in every 2-3 days, or else in every 3-4 days if you are having dry texture of your hair. During winter season, you may reduce the number of hair washes so as to avoid eradication of natural oils from your hair.

Women often wash less in the winters which leads to build-up unwanted oil on the scalp. Therefore, it may lead to dandruff. If you want your hair to be healthy and strong, you may need to wash at least once in every three days.

As winter arrives, every women starts facing frizziness, hair breakage, hairfall and many more hair problems. As winter days are shorter than the summer days, every one have their busy schedule, so many of us take use of harmful chemicals that may lead to hair problems.

As long, we use chemicals available in the market, we may further harm our own hair. So, we should rather using chemical-based products, we should use natural home remedies as their effect is chemical free. Also, they are long-lastic and effective.

  1. Hot-Oil Treatment :

You may use oil to moisturize your hair. Hot-Oil hair treatments can help your hair to be strong, shiny and healthy during winters. Massaging your hair with hot oil may enhance shine to your hair. You may use Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Mustard Oil based on your hair texture or preference.

How To Do :
  • You just need to take a small bowl and add 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, Amla Oil and Castor Oil, and add 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil and add 2 capsules of Vitamin E.
  • Mix them well. Heat the mixture of oils and apply them on your hair.
  • Massage it in a circular motion.

2. Aloe-Vera Hair Mask :

Aloe-Vera is a natural ingredient for hair to soften and moisturize your hair. It has many hair softening properties. Combine Aloe-Vera with any of your preferable oil that can enhance shine to your hair.

How To Do :
  • Take some Aloe-Vera gel and lemon juice and add 1 tablespoon of any preferred oil.
  • Mix them well.
  • Apply this mixture on your entire hair.
  • Leave it for 30 minutes.

3. Banana and Egg Hair Mask :

  • Add 2 ripped bananas in a small bowl and add 2 eggs to make a thick paste.

4. Egg and Yogurt Hair Mask :

  • Take a small bowl, add 2 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of Yogurt.
  • Mix them well.

5. Fenugreek and Mustard Oil Hair Mask :

  • Take a small bowl, soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind them to make a paste.

  • Take a small cup of milk and add 1 tablespoon of honey in it.

7. Onion Juice and Honey Hair Mask :
