Causes Of Dark Circles :

The most common causes of dark circles under your eyes are lack of sleep, genetics, stress, hyperpigmentation. There are some more reasons of dark circles that are allergies, excessive alcohol consumption and aging. Dark circles are caused by some medical conditions like anemia, or deficiency in iron.

How to Reduce Dark circles under your eyes :

As we all know that almond oil helps you to restore your natural complexion and makes your skin even toned. It consists of Vitamin E that helps you to remove the dullness from your skin. Almond oil have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties as it helps you to lighten the dark circles under your eyes. It consists of Vitamin K and retinol that helps you to delicate your skin. Here are some of the following ways to deal with :

  1. Honey and Almond Oil :

Honey helps you to keep the skin young and hydrated. It also helps you to soothes the skin and also prevents from formation of wrinkles.

  • Take 1/2 teaspoon of Honey and 1/2 teaspoon of Almond Oil.
  • Blend them well and apply this mixture under your eyes before going to the bed.
  • You may repeat this every night.

2. Rose Water and Almond Oil :

Rose Water has its anti-inflammatory properties that helps you to soothes your skin.

  • Take a few drops of Almond Oil and some rosewater and a cotton ball.
  • Dip the cotton ball in the rose water and apply it under your eyes.
  • Wait for the rosewater to dry, then apply almond oil on it and massage it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Leave the almond oil on it overnight.
  • You may use it everyday before sleeping.

3. Olive Oil and Almond Oil :

Olive Oil has an anti-inflammatory properties so it helps you to improve your skin in hydration and also keeps it nourishing.

  • Take 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of almond oil.
  • Mix both of the oils and take some drops of oil on your palm and finger, then rub it to warm the oil and apply this blend under your eyes.
  • Massage in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Leave the oil on it overnight.
  • You may use it everyday.

4. Castor Oil and Almond Oil :

Castor Oil has an antioxidant present in it so as to prevent your skin from getting affected by free radicals.

  • Take 1 teaspoon of castor oil and 1 teaspoon of almond oil.
  • Mix both the oils and apply them under your eyes.
  • Keep it on for long.

5. Vaseline and Almond Oil :

Vaseline helps in moisturising the skin which reduces skin dullness and water loss.

  • Take a pea-sized amount of Vaseline and take a few drops of almond oil.
  • Massage them around your eye area for 2-3 minutes.
  • Leave it overnight.
  • You may use it everyday.

6. Lemon Juice and Almond Oil :

As lemon juice is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidant so it helps to elastic in the skin and brightening the skin. It also helps to reduce the dark circles.

  • Take 1 teaspoon of almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice.
  • Add some lemon juice to the oil, mix it and apply it under your eyes.
  • Keep it accordingly and wash it with the cool water.
  • You may use it everyday.

Suggestion : If lemon juice irritates your skin, then discontinue using it.

7. Aloevera and Almond Oil :

Aloevera helps in rejuvenating the skin.

  • Take 1/2 teaspoon of aloevera gel and 1/2 teaspoon of almond oil.
  • Mix them well and apply it under your eyes.
  • Keep it for half an hour.
  • You may use it twice in a day.

8. Turmeric and Almond Oil :

Turmeric is an antioxidant and it helps to even out the skin tone and make it lighter and brighter.

  • Take 1 teaspoon of almond oil and a pinch of turmeric powder.
  • Mix them well and apply it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse it with water.
  • You may use it twice in a day.

9. Vitamin E and Almond Oil :

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps you to protect the skin and helps you to reduce dark circles.

  • Take 2-3 drops of vitamin E and 2-3 drops of almond oil.
  • Mix them and apply it under your eyes.
  • Massage it for a minute.
  • Leave it overnight.

10. Milk Powder and Almond Oil :
  • Take 1/2 teaspoon of almond oil and 1/2 teaspoon of milk powder.
  • Mix both of them and apply that around your eyes.
  • Massage it for a minute.
  • Leave it for 15-20 minutes until it dries.
  • Wash it off.
